Current Student Transcript Information
- All transcripts are free.
If you would like to request one online, please click here.
- All applications need to be completed by the student and parent and placed in a metered or a stamped envelope.
- Bring all the information to the Guidance Office to be completed with any counselor additions, added information such as school
profile, the transcript etc. which needs to be included and then it will be sent directly from the school.
- The notification process of acceptance and of cancellation is the responsibility of the student by phone, mail, or e-mail. Be sure to
include your social security number and the term and year you were enrolled for. Example Jane Doe – xxx-xx-xxxx, Fall of 2010.
- The final transcript will automatically be sent to the school that the student indicates on the final transcript request form.
Graduate Transcript Information
Please contact the main office to order transcripts.
Transcripts will be mailed to your home. An address is required when ordering. If you would like your transcript sent to your home, please use this form. If you need your transcript sent to a university, please use this form.
