Physical Education class is a required course which students must pass all four years at Saint Teresa. The students will participate in various activities during the school year. Those activities consist of the following: flag football, basketball, volleyball, running, archery, softball, pickle ball, badminton, soccer, flicker ball, and other physical activities.  1/4 credit per year.

Conditioning Class     

Students will participate in a variety of weight training exercises, as well as other conditioning activities. An emphasis will be placed on strength and aerobic exercise. All athletes are strongly encouraged to participate, as well as other students who have a strong desire.
