Help Students Win a Scholarship by Donating Blood

blood-drive

Seniors, Kayleigh Isom and Katlyn Pruitt are hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, June 30, 2015. If they can get 25 donations, Red Cross will enter them into a drawing for a $1,000 scholarship. According to the Red Cross Rep, a lot of students try, but are not successful recruiting 25 people. So, she feels that Kayleigh and Katlyn will have a real good chance of having their name selected…but it all depends on getting 25 donors.

The blood drive is at the Red Cross Blood Donation Center, 2674 N. Main St. in Decatur from 1-6pm. Please, if you can donate call or text either girl to schedule an appointment.
