There are three squads Freshman, Junior Varsity and Varsity. View the team pages Volleyball Cross Country A very physically intense sport, the Cross Country family is a great one to be a part of. With strong teammate and coaching encouragement, St. Teresa's Cross Country runners are always ahead of the pack. There is a girl's and boy's team that form the powerhouse. Making multiple appearances at the state tournament as well as bringing home several team regional and sectional titles. Firing up the crowd and dedicating many hours of practice time to keeping the spirit of the "Bulldogs" alive and well. The Cheerleaders also have three squads, Freshman, Junior Varsity and Varsity.
