Facilities The campus of St. Teresa high School offers 21 treed and landscaped acres which roll down the east side of Water Street in Decatur, Illinois. The grounds are spacious and attractive and include a new Arts and Science wing, updated buildings with modern classrooms, a large gymnasium, administrative offices, a chapel and a large multi-purpose room for student gatherings. Athletic fields including, new baseball and softball diamonds are adjacent to the buildings. Additional facilities include:
Directions: St. Teresa High School is located at 2710 North Water Street (Business Route 51 North) in Decatur, Illinois. From the North: Take Business Route 51 South past Pershing Road (big intersection with traffic lights) to the next traffic light at McKinley Road. Turn left. Then turn left at the next stop sign onto Route 51 North (Water Street). St. Teresa High School will be on your right after about two blocks. From the South: Take Business Route 51 North. Several blocks after you go through the traffic light at Garfield Avenue, you will see St. Teresa High School on the right. From the East or West: Most of the major east-west highways coming into Decatur intersect Business Route 51. From there follow the applicable "From the North" or "From the South" directions. |
