The Educational Foundation
The St. Teresa Educational Foundation which is a separate legal entity from the School Board was founded in 1982. It has a Board of Directors which meets four times a year. The purpose of the Foundation is to provide, from its net income, financial support for all facets of education within the jurisdiction of the School Board of St. Teresa. If the Foundation should dissolve, the assets of the Foundation would be distributed to the Catholic Schools located in Decatur.

St. Teresa Avila ($100,000), Ursuline ($50,000-$99,999), Serviam ($25,000-$49,000), Founder ($10,000-$24,999), Benefactor ($5,000-$9,999), and Patron ($500-$4,999).
